Shipping Policies:

Receipt of Merchandise:

Upon receiving your order, you must inform the courier of any issue regarding its condition and immediately report it by email to pedidos@effluz.com or by WhatsApp at +507 6549-4474, or within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the package.

If no report is made within the period indicated above, the order will be deemed accepted in all respects, and Effluz S.A. will not be held responsible for any damages. The purchaser must inspect the contents upon receipt.

If a responsible adult is not present to receive the order at the time of delivery, the customer will have two options:

First option: The order will be sent again, but the customer must pay the shipping fee again through ACH and confirm when someone will be present to receive it.

Second option: The customer must pick it up by prior appointment in El Dorado.

We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the order.

Merchandise Delivery Policy:

For security reasons, the merchandise will only be delivered at the agreed address to the person who made the purchase or to a person authorized to receive it. At the time of delivery, the recipient must present an identification document and proof of the order to validate the purchaser’s information, or the authorized person’s identification document.

Effluz S.A. may make deliveries throughout the Republic of Panama, using nationwide delivery companies wherever they have delivery availability.

The customer agrees to provide the recipient information necessary to deliver the requested product. Any error or omission of information in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the customer, without the right to make a claim.

The merchandise purchased by you will be delivered to the address you specified. If the delivery area is not within our permitted routes, you will be contacted to pick up the product at one of our branches, or you may pick it up by prior appointment in El Dorado, Panama City.

Important note: Deliveries are not made in high-risk areas for the safety of the couriers and to ensure the security of the products you purchased.

Authorized Persons:

If the person who made the purchase or the cardholder cannot receive the requested products at their residence or designated delivery location, the purchaser must send the following information in advance to pedidos@effluz.com:

  • An authorization email containing the general information of the purchaser and the authorized person, along with the order information and order number.

  • A legible copy or photograph of the purchaser’s national identification card or identification document.

  • A legible copy or photograph of the authorized person’s national identification card or identification document.

These steps are important to ensure that your purchase is delivered to the correct person. We appreciate your attention and understanding.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the province and city where the customer is located, as well as the type of product purchased. Please note that personalized products require additional time.

Deliveries may take approximately one (1) to three (3) business days within Panama City and up to four (4) business days for nationwide deliveries. For any questions or additional information, please email us at pedidos@effluz.com or contact us at 6549-4474.

In order for Effluz S.A. to ship your order correctly and on time, the customer must enter a complete and detailed address when making the purchase.

The customer must provide a mobile phone number so that the courier may contact them if necessary. In the comments section, you may add another number where the person receiving the products can be reached.

Delivery Hours

Effluz S.A. makes deliveries during business hours, meaning Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Purchases made during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. This also applies to public holidays.

The customer accepts that if their purchase order is registered outside the order reception hours, the order will be confirmed on the next business day following the purchase. However, the customer must wait for the bank confirmation process to be completed before delivery can be coordinated.

Data Policies for Processing Your Order:

The customer must provide the recipient’s complete address information. For these purposes, the customer must provide a mobile phone number, email address, contact name, and details of nearby landmarks.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if the building or condominium where the delivery will take place has any restrictions that could prevent or affect the normal delivery process. If the courier is unable to go upstairs or the reception area does not accept packages, the customer must ensure that someone is available to receive the package on their behalf. A second delivery will incur the same shipping fee as the initial delivery. Redeliveries are not free of charge.
