Refund policy

You may request a credit note by physically returning the product and providing the invoice within a maximum period of 5 business days from the purchase date stated on the invoice, provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its packaging and labels intact.

Returns do not apply to personalized products, costumes, or discounted products, as these are final-sale items with no exchanges or refunds due to the nature of the product.

Refunds for products or services paid for by credit card will be subject to an administrative fee of 4% of the purchase value, without exception.
